I really appreciated how his communication with me as the buyer and also the sellers agent to where he was on top of whatever situation may arise. And as far as all the connections he had provided with a roofing co..or home inspector and loan officer they all provided great services through Chris. The second experience that I had with Chris was Chris acted as my sellers agent for a home that I needed to sell quickly. So as Chris listed the home what really was very impressive was how he listed it with 5 star photos. He brought in a professional photographer an after it was listed we got 2 offers in 4 days. Again the experience with Chris was great communication and all the steps through the transaction he fulfilled the asking price that we wanted. I certainly would recommend Chris Sloan to my friends and family and also would use him again for my real estate needs.
